His background includes valuations and investment sales at global agencies, along with asset management and acquisitions for both listed and unlisted property fund managers.

As a Licensed Commercial Property Valuer (CPV) and Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI), Logan has delivered valuations and strategic advice to high-net-worth and institutional clients throughout Australia and the UK. He is also a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and holds a Real Estate Business Agent licence and Triennial Certificate issued by the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS) in Western Australia.

Logan has played a key role in acquiring over $500 million worth of commercial assets—spanning retail, office, and development—in Perth alone. This experience directly informs his current role acting for buyers, where he applies the same rigorous due diligence and analytical precision with a keen focus on capital preservation and risk versus reward metrics to every acquisition.
